Can you get sleep in Newington VA? I often toss and turn at night while I am trying to sleep at my place in Newington Virginia. Later in the day I end up like this guy; passed out on my Ruby desk (yes, I have a Ruby desk) trying to catch up for a few minutes. Sometimes it can be a real productivity destroyer. Who am I kidding; some of the over-the-counter sleep aids in Virginia are downright dangerous. Many of them come with warnings not to drive heavy equipment or even a family car while taking them. I can’t afford that kind of time out, so the natural sleep aid route looks like the best one for me.
