Melotrex for Restful Sleep in Newington

January 21st, 2010 by acument935

Melotrex for Restful Sleep in Newington Do you feel like napping all the time? VA sleep doctors advise their Newington patients to refrain from naps during the day. After a few days without napping, insomnia patients can often sleep through the night.

I am a former insomniac and live in Newington. I started using Melotrex to help me fall asleep. I have compared other sleep aids sold in Mount Vernon and Alexandria. Some of them made it possible for me to sleep through the night, but I could never fully wake up during the day.

I have a Woodbridge sales job which requires constant travel around VA. Before I started using Melotrex, I would often pull my Ruby family car over at a rest area and take a quick ‘power nap’. If only those naps had made me feel more ‘powerful’ when I woke up!

What good is a sleep aid that makes you feel just as tired during the day as if you hadn’t slept a wink the night before? Melotrex is an all-natural insomnia treatment that helps you at night and during the day. At night, you fall into a deep, restful sleep. In the morning, you wake up with a clear head. That is the magic combination when it comes to Woodbridge sleep aids.

Other effective holistic sleep aids similar to Melotrex are 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. Don’t waste your days napping, try Melotrex, 7Hour Slumber or Sleep2Night. When you sleep at night, you don’t need to nap during the day.

Sleepless Nights in Newington?

January 13th, 2010 by acument935

Sleepless Nights in Newington? Welcome to Kevin’s Woodbridge sleep blog. Maybe it can provide some light reading for your sleepless nights if you are troubled by sleep problems. I am pretty tired (no pun intended) of not getting enough sleep. I plan to try some new Newington sleep aids to see if they really work. I will give you updates here on my blog.

This week, I will use Melotrex and see what happens. I ordered Melotrex on http://www.bestsleepaids.net. I didn’t even need to leave my Newington house to pick it up at a Woodbridge drugstore. Melotrex is relatively new but has been receiving some favorable reviews from long-time Alexandria insomniacs and Alexandria holistic health professionals.

In addition to reporting on my Newington sleep aid results, I also plan to include some interesting facts about sleep in my Woodbridge insomnia blog. For example, did you know that people who regularly sleep less than five hours at night have roughly a 40 percent higher rate of heart problems (including heart attacks) than people who are able to consistently get eight hours of sleep? I have a few other risk factors for heart disease, so my chronic insomnia is even more troubling.

Here is another interesting but non-worrisome sleep factoid from the animal kingdom: Dolphins sleep while swimming using one half of their brain at a time.

I wish one half of my brain could man the controls while the other half curls up on the couch. Come to think about it, it is possible that only half of my brain is currently working. Perhaps Melotrex will help get the other half in gear.

Check back soon.

A Fort Belvoir Bedtime Story

January 7th, 2010 by acument935

A Fort Belvoir Bedtime Story Once upon a time there was a Ruby car-drivin’ entrepreneur named Kevin Apperson (that’s me) who lived in Newington, VA. Kevin’s father has had heart problems since he was relatively young and isn’t an example of heart-healthy eating. Kevin’s mother, who lives in Woodbridge, suffers from emphysema due to smoking. Kevin plans to be around to spoil grandchildren in twenty years, so is trying hard to break the chain of parents’ poor examples when it comes to health.

Kevin eats a healthy diet, sweats regularly at a gym in Alexandria and can often be found doing the downward dog at a Mount Vernon yoga studio. Kevin has a strong immune system and, fortunately, hardly ever gets sick. (Don’t discount the obsessive hand-washing.) And in case you were wondering, Kevin doesn’t touch cigarettes.

This all sounds good so far, right? Here is the problem. In spite of diligence, Kevin often feels less-than-normal. Why? Insomnia. Not occasional sleeplessness, Kevin goes weeks with wide awake sleep time. Our poor insomniac has watched all the old movies that play on TCM–several times each!

If you suffer from insomnia, you know that it doesn’t matter if you have a heart rate of 20, a bloodstream free of cholesterol and can run a four-minute mile–you still feel lousy!

A friend in Fort Belvoir challenged me to compare some good sleep aids to find one that works for me. I start tonight with 7Hour Slumber. I did some extensive research and found only positive feedback about this all natural sleep remedy. I will use it for a week and then try Melotrex to see which one is the most effective for chronic sleeplessness. Check back soon for the end of the story.

I hope to live (and sleep) happily ever after.

Safe OTC Sleep Aids In 22122

December 29th, 2009 by acument935

Safe OTC Sleep Aids In 22122 Most chronic insomnia sufferers in the 22122 zip code have tried a variety of over the counter sleep aid products and methods in their search for a good night’s sleep. Sleep masks, earplugs, tempurpedic mattresses, gel beds, and white noise machines are some of the things that have helped many Alexandria folks in their quest for rest. If it cures insomnia, it is invaluable for sleepy Newington insomniacs.

Some Mount Vernon people who suffer from hard-core insomnia have resorted to prescription sleep medications. These should be used with caution. Prescription sleeping pills such as Lunesta, Rozerem, Halcion, Sonata, Restoril and Ambien can cause more problems than they solve. Most Woodbridge doctors recommend using them only for short periods of time. The risks of long-term use include dependence, dangerous interactions with other medications and accidental overdose.

Many sleep doctors in 22122 recommend combining behavioral therapy with sensible all-natural over the counter sleeping aids. The new family of safe and effective OTC sleeping aids include Melotrex and Reposanex. There are many types of behavioral therapy for insomnia available in Woodbridge including hypnosis, biofeedback, somatic emotional release, yoga, relaxation therapy, and meditation training.

More insomnia natural remedies can be found at http://www.bestsleepaids.net. To safely treat your insomnia, order Melotrex and Reposanex, say “ohmmm” and then close your eyes.

Good Sleep, Good Health in Virginia

December 25th, 2009 by acument935

Good Sleep, Good Health in Virginia Welcome

A few months ago, I read an interesting insomnia finding. Woodbridge sleep researchers observed that sleep-deprived test subjects in a recent clinical trial got used to feeling tired. At first, study participants noticed that sleep deprivation affected their energy, cognitive abilities and mental health. However, after a few days of not sleeping, their tired state began to feel normal for them.

I suffer from insomnia and live in Newington. My name is Kevin Apperson. I have spent a lot of time studying sleep, well actually, lack of sleep. After reading about the study mentioned previously, I realized that my “tired” state had become my new “normal”. I talked to several of my Woodbridge friends and co-workers. I discovered that many of those that reported having trouble sleeping did not make a connection between their insomnia and various health issues.

For example, one Alexandria insomniac who is an elementary school teacher told me that she often had trouble concentrating while talking to her students. A Fort Belvoir man who works in my office catches every sickness going around and it seems to take him an unusually long time to get better.

Actually, many health problems can be caused by lack of sleep. Prolonged insomnia should never be ignored.

If you can’t sleep, I recommend Melotrex. Melotrex has helped me tremendously. As my sleep has improved, my health has improved also. You can learn more about Melotrex at http://www.bestsleepaids.net.

Don’t let ‘tired’ become ‘normal’. Use Melotrex for good sleep and good health

Kevin’s Newington Sleep Diary

December 17th, 2009 by acument935

Kevin's Newington Sleep Diary If you suffer from sleep issues like many folks in Woodbridge, you may want to start a sleep diary. You can keep track of when you climb into bed, when you actually fall asleep, how many times you wake up during the night and when you arise in the morning. In addition, you can record other factors that may be related such as medications, stressful events, number of cups of coffee, exercise, etc.

Then you can compare these factors. Analyzing any connections may help you better understand your insomnia.

By keeping a sleep diary for a month, I was able to isolate several factors that triggered a sleepless night in my Newington bedroom. Some of those factors, such as caffeine consumption, are controllable. Other factors, such as the occasional loud barking of my Newington neighbor’s dog are beyond my control. When I am awakened by barking or other unexpected loud noises, I take 7Hour Slumber. I can get back to sleep fast and the whole night is not ruined.

I am Kevin Apperson. I have used most sleep aids available in Woodbridge, both prescription and over-the-counter. 7Hour Slumber is my favorite OTC insomnia treatment.

By keeping a sleep diary you may discover how to alter your busy Newington lifestyle to help you get more sleep. For the nights you can’t sleep despite your best efforts, try 7Hour Slumber. I know it has helped many Newington sleep apnea patients, also.

Here’s wishing you restful sleep tonight.

Get Your Life Back With 7Hour Slumber

December 11th, 2009 by acument935

Get Your Life Back With 7Hour Slumber We spend roughly a third of our life sleeping, but that third is mighty important. If your sleep is inadequate, the other two thirds will suffer.

Welcome. My name is Kevin and Apperson. I have dealt with insomnia in Alexandria for the past five years. My troubles might have begun when I was in a serious auto accident just outside Mount Vernon. Recovery can often be long and difficult and you could spend months in a Woodbridge hospital. You know how impossible it is to get a good night’s sleep in a hospital. The pain meds were also a problem because they can mess up your natural sleep cycle. The first few months after the accident may be an endless blur of restless nights and sleepy days. Needless to say, I know how poor sleep affects the two-thirds of ‘awake’ time.

Fortunately, a Fort Belvoir friend suggested 7Hour Slumber to treat my insomnia. 7Hour Slumber helped me re-set my biological sleep/wake schedule. I am finally sleeping regularly!

Good sleep is priceless. I am now more productive at work. I feel good enough to lift weights at my favorite Mount Vernon fitness center. I have more energy for my Alexandria friends and family. In short, I have my life back again.

The all-natural sleep aid 7Hour Slumber is not just for the “one third”. It is just as important for the other ‘two thirds’.

Sleep Deprived in Woodbridge?

December 4th, 2009 by acument935

Sleep Deprived in Woodbridge? Welcome

Sleep deprivation is not only irritating, it can be down-right dangerous. According to the National Sleep Research Project:
INDENT:

The 1989 Exxon Valdex oil spill, the Challenger space shuttle disaster and the Chernobyl nuclear accident have all been attributed to human errors in which sleep-deprivation played a role.

I’m not an oil tanker captain, astronaut or nuclear power plant worker, but I am a sleepy Newington parent and small business owner–and I think these jobs are just as important. I don’t want insomnia to cause me to make mistakes at my Newington home, Mount Vernon office or driving my kids to their Newington school.

I have been using 7Hour Slumber and Reposanex. (See http://www.bestsleepaids.net for more information.) 7Hour Slumber helps me fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. To me, a couple of hours of deep sleep is worth more than six hours of light, restless sleep.

Reposanex works naturally to synchronize your body’s circadian rhythms. It helps you fall asleep fast because it gets into your bloodstream quickly, unlike some Woodbridge sleep aids that take hours to work.

I don’t know what knocked my natural sleep cycle out of whack. Maybe it was cramming (partying?) all night during my University of Virginia college days. It could have been the two years I worked graveyard shifts at my first Fort Belvoir job. Perhaps it was those groggy months when the children were needing assistance through the night. Whatever it was that got me into this frustrating pattern of insomnia, I am determined to get out of it. 7Hour Slumber and Reposanex are going to help me.

They can help you too.
-Kevin

Get Sleep in Newington VA

November 25th, 2009 by acument935

Get Sleep in Newington VA Can you get sleep in Newington VA? I often toss and turn at night while I am trying to sleep at my place in Newington Virginia. Later in the day I end up like this guy; passed out on my Ruby desk (yes, I have a Ruby desk) trying to catch up for a few minutes. Sometimes it can be a real productivity destroyer. I’d like to get more sleep in the night when I need it the most.

I have recently learned of a handful of natural sleep aids available in Newington Virginia that are new on the market and, if you have been watching, I have been trying them out.

It’s still a little early to give you a full report. I am trying Melotrex lately. It is marketed as an ‘all natural sleep aid’, which I was originally skeptical of, however I am pretty excited about the idea of getting a little drowsy without the weird effects of the 296 stronger chemical sleep aids on the market. I don’t like how they make me feel, and I often worry that if I need to get up in a hurry that my judgement will be impaired.

Who am I kidding; some of the over-the-counter sleep aids in Virginia are downright dangerous. Many of them come with warnings not to drive heavy equipment or even a family car while taking them. I can’t afford that kind of time out, so the natural sleep aid route looks like the best one for me.

Melotrex is a natural sleep aid on the Newington market. You can learn more about Melotrex at the official Melotrex website; just click on any link in this post to get to it.

Catch you later,

-Kevin

Kevin’s Ongoing Newington Insomnia Study

November 19th, 2009 by

Newington Insomnia Study I’m Kevin Apperson. A lot has been going on in my Ruby bedroom in my house on 7776 Newington Rd in Newington.

Actually, it is not what you may think. I am putting great effort into solving my insomnia problem. I have been comparing Newington sleep aids Melotrex, Reposanex and Sleep2Night for the past 296 days. Though I don’t have an official “sleep lab” in Mount Vernon or Alexandria, I do have a sleep-deprived test subject–myself.

So far, Reposanex, an all-natural sleep aid sold over-the-counter in Woodbridge, is most effective at allowing me to fall asleep. Sleep2Night takes longer to work but helps me stay asleep until morning. I have had mixed results with Melotrex, but I am going to use it exclusively next week.

Can you relate to my frustrations? Have you been troubled with insomnia? When I meet insomniacs around Virginia we compare stories. Though we all feel lousy enough when we don’t get a full night’s sleep, we feel even worse when we acknowledge all the related problems. Lack of sleep can trigger depression, weight gain, cognitive problems and a suppressed immune system.

For Woodbridge insomnia patients, sleep can be compared to essentials such as food and water. I would pay 37455 for a non-addictive sleep aid. Fortunately, Melotrex, Reposanex and Sleep2Night are competitively priced. See childrensleepreview.mynaturalsleepaids.com for more information. I’ll post in a few weeks and let you know how Melotrex worked.
